What's included in the price

Every online notarization appointment includes the full act from start to finish: secure identity verification, a live video session with a commissioned notary public, the notary witnessing your signature, and the official digital seal, signature, and notarial certificate applied to your document. You receive the completed, notarized PDF by email the same day — usually within minutes of the call ending. There is no separate charge for booking, for the video platform, or for delivery of the finished file.

What can affect your total

The base fee covers one document with one signer. A few situations add to it, and every one of them is shown clearly before you confirm — you will never be surprised at checkout:

• Additional pages or exhibits notarized in the same appointment are billed per page.
• Additional signers each require their own identity verification, so a document with multiple signatories may cost more.
• Rush or after-hours appointments booked outside standard windows may carry a small priority fee.
• Business and bulk volumes are quoted separately, often at a lower per-document rate.
