The fastest way to get an answer
The single most common question we get is "can my document be notarized online?" — and it is free to ask before you book. To get a clear answer quickly, tell us the type of document, the province you are in, and who or what the notarized document is for (a court, a bank, a foreign consulate, and so on). With those three details we can usually confirm eligibility right away and point you to the right next step.
Checking whether your document qualifies
Most everyday documents — affidavits, statutory declarations, powers of attorney, travel consent letters, and certified true copies — are eligible for remote online notarization in the provinces we serve. A few document types, such as certain wills, some estate filings, and specific land-registry matters, may still require an in-person process depending on where you are. If yours falls into one of those categories, we will tell you honestly and, where we can, point you toward the correct process.
Help with an existing booking
Already booked and need to reschedule, add a document, or include an extra signer? Reach out by phone or email and we will adjust your appointment. If the online scheduler is not working for you, we are happy to book you in directly — just send us a couple of times that suit you.
When you'll hear back
We answer messages during our operating hours, 7am to 11pm ET, seven days a week, and most enquiries get a same-day reply. When you are ready, you can book an appointment, review our pricing, or read through the frequently asked questions for immediate answers.
